MUMBAI: Barrister Babu is one of the most loved and successful shows on television. The show is doing well when it comes to the TRP ratings.

The audience also loved the fun banter between little Bondita and Anirudh. Though she was a little kid and he is a grown up, they liked to see the funny scenes between them.

The show has taken a leap and now Bondita is shown all grown-up. Things have changed between her and Anirudh.

But before signing Anchal Sahu for the role, the makers had offered the role to a few other actresses who had refused.

1. Kanika Mann

Kanika is one of the most popular and loved actresses of television and is best known for her performance in Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega. She was offered the role of Bondita but she declined it as she had signed another project and could not give time for this show.

2. Tunisha Sharma

Tunisha is a popular actress on television best known for her performance in Ishq Subhan Allah and Internet Wala Love. She refused the offer of Bondita as she was busy with some prior commitments.

3. Richa Mukherjee

Richa is best known for her performance in Begusarai and Mere Angne Mein. She too was offered the role of Bondita, but the reasons she declined it is best known to her.

4. Preethi Asrani

Preethi is a well-known actress down South. She too was offered the role of Bondita but she refused it owing to some personal commitments.

Well, in the end, the role was bagged by Anchal Sahu, and fans feel she is the perfect choice for the role and no one could do justice to Bondita the way she did.
