What’s Shraddha Nigam up to these days? The lady who made waves with her performance as Krishna in the series Krishna Arjun a long time ago and later getting hitched and divorced from to Karan Singh Grover, is currently searing the catwalks. No, no, not as a model. Rather as a designer with a clothing line branded as Mayank Anand Shraddha Nigam. Shraddha and her designs were noticed on her debut at Lakme Fashion Week (LFW -Autumn Winter 2011). Her label is a mouthful because her business partner Mayank Anand and she melded their names together to create their brand. Apparently, Shraddha is currently busy finalizing her upcoming line of garments for the February LFW 2012. She made her fashion world dive a couple of years ago, and does not miss her television days at all. Says she: “I am literally bored of the creepy daily soaps and tacky reality shows that are aired now-a-days. I don’t mind mindless comedy but sad family sagas are a straight no-no. I like giving happiness to my audience and not tears or unwanted discussions against me. I am happy with what I am doing right now. It will require a good concept for me to be lured back to the small screen,” ends Shraddha.
