Talented and gorgeous Shweta Basu Prasad, who won National Awards for her performance in films like Makdee and Iqbal, was on a break from acting as she was busy finishing studies.
The actress is back on-screen with a bang. Shweta is currently impressing audience as Nandini in Star Plus’ popular show Chandra Nandni (Balaj Telefilms).
Not many people know but Shweta has a creative bent of mind.
Wondering why are we saying so?
Well, the diva recently painted her otherwise mundane looking make-up room on the set and gave it a facelift.
Here is a pic of the room pre-makeover.
And these are the snaps of the room after she painted it.
Talking about her creative effort Shweta shared with us: “I love bright spaces. When the make-up room was allotted to me by the production house, it was plain and the walls were very dull. I got the mirror wall painted red. The other wall I painted myself. I have also added a cupboard where I store food items and other necessities. I am a very organized person. I like it that way.”
She continued, “Make-up room is the first place I come to in the morning and the last place I see before going home every night. I spend 10-12 hours here, it should reflect me. I have also added plants and will soon add some fairy lights too.”
Well done, Shweta!!!
