Sidharth Shukla reacts to Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide

Sidharth Shukla has spoken about his meetings with Sushant Singh Rajput.

MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput’s drastic decision of taking his life has left everyone mourning over his death. The actor who died by suicide on June 14, was bid a final goodbye by family as they immersed his ashes in Holy river Ganga at his hometown Patna on 18th June. Sushant’s funeral, which took place on June 15, was attended by his close friends like Kriti Sanon, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ekta Kapoor among others. Not only Bollywood, TV actors too have been paying tribute to the late actor.

Likewise, post his Bigg Boss 13 win, Sidharth Shukla in his latest interview spoke about Sushant’s death. While speaking to Bollywood Hungama when he was asked about his reaction to the shocking news, he said, “I am acquainted we have met and partied a bit. But it’s not that we have been chatting on the phone or things like that. Whenever we have met we met very well and connected well. It was unbelievable for a person who has achieved so much and is so young for someone like him to take a step like that. It is disappointing that life has passed just like that. There was so much more than the man could do.”
