Sony TV gears up for a star-studded finale of Indian Idol 6

Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol 6 is drawing to a close on 1 September 2012 amidst a lot of fanfare. The grand finale as we know will be a hard fought battle between Vipul Mehta, Amit Kumar and Devendra Singh. And the news coming in is that the finale will be graced by the leads of the movie Barfee, Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. The Barfee team will be pre-shooting their sequence on 31 August 2012. It is expected that Amitabh Bachchan, the stupendous host of Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming show Kaun Banega Crorepati 6 will be present in the finale to promote his show that gets launched on 7 September 2012 at the weekend slot of 8.30pm. The buzz is that Sreeram Chandra, the winner of Indian Idol 5 in all probability will be there to give a stunning performance in the finale. The contestants of Indian Idol 6 will also gear up for their performances in the finale. Viewers, get ready to choose your next Indian Idol as the finale goes on air on 1 September 2012.
