MUMBAI: Here we are back with another exciting update from Star Bharat’s newly launched comedy period drama Akbar Ka Bal Birbal.
Yesterday, we broke the news about actor Dheeraj Miglani roped in to play a cameo in the show (Read here: Dheeraj Miglani to enter Star Bharat’s Akbar Ka Bal Birbal )
Now, as per latest development we hear that talented actor Sooraj Thapar who has been entertaining viewers for more then decades with his varied roles, has bagged Akbar Ka Bal Birbal.
Our sources inform that Mr. Thapar will depict the role of Akbar’s (Ali Sagar) uncle. We hear that he will play a negative role.
We could not get through Sooraj Thapar for a comment.
Sooraj has started shooting and his entry is expected to telecast anytime soon.
Akbar Ka Bal Birbal is produced by Nikhil Sinha under his banner Triangle Films. The show stars Ali Asgar as Akbar and Vishal Kotian as Birbal. The show also features Aditi Sajwan as Rani Saheba and Charu Asopa as Heera Bai.
