After TV actors Vishal Thakkar, Ahwaan Kumar, ex- Splitsvilla contestant Yash Pandit has been allegedly charged of raping an actress.
As per media reports, Yash met with the actress on the set of a television show, where they became good friends. Post that incident, Yash invited her at his Juhu residence where he was supposed to introduce her to his parents. Upon reaching the place, Yash reportedly on the promise of marrying her, raped the lady.
According to the actress, after the incident, Yash stopped answering her calls or messages. Only after noticing Yash’s changed attitude, the lady decided to file a complaint against him. The female artist was even quoted saying that Yash confessed to her of having physical relationships with other women. As per her quote, she filed a F.I.R. only in order to teach Yash a lesson.
If reports are to be believed, the actress even charged the cops of showing negligence on their part. Clarifying this news piece, a senior inspector gave an official statement to the media that the investigating officer has been replaced and the team is putting their efforts to locate the missing actor.
