Life OK’s Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai…produced by Siddhant Cinevision started off with a bang and garnered a huge fan following initially. The show went off-air to pave way for the periodic show Bachelorette India and was back with season 2 soon after, to entertain the viewers at the 10 pm slot. Later it was shifted to the 7pm slot and finally the channel decided to pull the plug on it, as reported exclusively by Tellychakkar.com.
It will air its last episode on 23 May and today the cast and crew culminated shoot for the show.
We spoke to the actors who shared their experience and journey being a part of the project.
Said Suyash Kumar: “I had minor issues with my track not being streamlined but overall it was a great show. I enjoyed myself thoroughly and learnt a lot from senior actors such as Mona Ambegaonkar and Sunil Singh. Also, I became very good friends with Gaurav (S Bajaj), Abhishek (Awasthi) and Kunal (Sheth) on the show. Good things have to come to an end one day and I will thoroughly cherish all the fun moments and sweet memories in my heart.”
Talking about cherished moments, Suyash further added about how he shot the best scene of his life on the show. “I am attached to my mother in real life. I can’t really think of hugging my dad to show my affection for him. For a particular sequence on the show, I was supposed to enact with my on-screen father, Sunil Singh. I got carried away with emotions and literally started crying. It turned out to be beautiful and my performance was showered with claps. Even the unit members were left teary eyed.”
Quite nostalgic!!!
Gaurav S Bajaj said: “The show gave me an opportunity to work with senior actors like Arun Bali and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit. Professionalism is something Siddhant Cinevision stands by and I am obliged by my producer Manish Goswami and Director Ravi Raj for producing and shaping the show so well. Overall, I shared a good time with the entire cast of the show and we all bonded well. Sukirti (Kandpal) was very supportive and we gelled well.”
Talking about his plans now he said, “I will now visit my hometown, and take a short vacation to Europe before I start looking for other projects.”
Sukirti shared her thoughts saying, “Yes, today is the last day of shoot. I am happy that we were able to pull off the show for a year. There was a lot of hard work and I had a great time shooting for Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai…I learned a lot and polished myself for the better.”
She continued, “I have a friendly rapport with everybody on the set as we all worked harmoniously. I was very close to my hairdressers and daily staff. They bore all my tantrums (smiles). The days spent on the sets of all my shows have been memorable and it was the same with Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai.”
On contacting Producer of Siddhant Cinevision, Manish Goswami, he said, “I would not like to comment on the show going off air nor the journey.”
We wish the actors and the production house all the best for their future projects!!!
