1. Jasleen Matharu and Anoop Jalota

Bhajan and Ghazal Samrat Anoop Jalota were in the news ever since he entered the Bigg Boss 12 house with Jasleen Matharu. The duo entered the show as guru-shishya jodi but they became the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons. And now again, Anoop and Jasleen are in the news these days for their upcoming film. A picture related to this film went viral on social media where the duo was seen as a wedding couple. This picture was shared by Jasleen on her Instagram, after which there was a lot of buzz on social media that they got married. However, this photo was associated with his upcoming film, about which Anoop himself came and clarified that the picture is from his upcoming film. It is known that Anoop always considers Jasleen as his shisya. It is pretty clear that both of them admitted to being in a relationship only for publicity.

2. Rakhi Sawant and Elesh Parujanwala

The drama Queen of the showbiz world Rakhi also got married in the name of Swayamvar which was telecasted on channel NDTV Imagine. The actress chose NRI Ilesh as her life partner and also got engaged. However, Rakhi called off the engagement a few months after the show ended.

3. Neha Kakkar and Aditya Narayan

Neha Kakkar is now happily married to beau Rohanpreet Singh. The singer got married to Rohanpreet in a lavish ceremony in Delhi followed by a grand reception in Punjab. However, last year, there were constant reports of Neha and Aditya Narayan's affair and also that the duo was supposed to get married. However, the makers of the show did this drama only to increase the TRP, although many viewers did not understand the trick of the show makers and they started believing Aditya and Neha’s relationship to be true. In fact, both Neha and Aditya's parents were also called on the set of the show for TRP. However, Aditya’s father Udit later revealed that all this is happening for TRP.

4. Sara Khan and Ali Merchant

Bigg Boss season 4, popular TV stars Ali Merchant and Sara Khan getting married inside the house. Everyone was later surprised to know that it was a fake wedding because both of them broke up after 1 month of coming out of the show. As per some media reports, Ali and Sara were paid 50 lakh rupees to get married in Bigg Boss house, which means that the drama of this wedding was done only to increase the TRP of the show.

5. Ratan Rajput and Abhinav Sharma

The Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo actress also did a swayamvar like Rakhi Sawant in the third season of this reality show. Ratan also pretended to find an apt partner for herself in this reality show called Ratan Ka Rishta. The actress went on to choose a prospective groom from Delhi named Abhinav who was a software engineer. Ratan got engaged to him at the show's finale. However, only a few months later the truth was revealed and it was found that the actress had done all this only to get publicity.
