MUMBAI: The Indian television industry has witnessed lots of talented actors and actresses who are a part of showbiz for a very long time.

We have seen so many actors who started off with small roles have now turned out to be small screen superstars.

There are many actors and actresses who have contributed a lot to the small screen with their presence over the years. However, some have completely vanished from that too when they were at the peak of their career.

So, here's a list of actors who left the glamour industry when they were at the peak of their career.

1. Cezanne Khan

He is known for his role in Ekta Kapoor's Kasauti Zindagi Kay where he played Anurag Basu. Cezanne had become the heartthrob of the nation back in the 2000s. However, the actor completely vanished post he left Kasauti.

2. Somya Seth

She is well-known for her role Navya in Star Plus' show Navya. After doing many hit TV shows, Somya left the TV industry and settled abroad after getting married. Somya was at the peak of her career when she bid adieu to the glamour world.

3. Mohena Kumari

She played the role of Keerti on Star Plus' popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Mohena became a household name for her role. However, the actress announced quitting acting which shocked everyone. Mohena is currently settled in Dehradun after marriage.

4. Aditie Malik

She appeared in shows like Shararat, Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii and Kumkum. Aditie became quite famous for her appearances in these shows and her career was going quite great. However, she said goodbye to the acting world after marrying Mohit Malik.

5. Anas Rashid

He is known for his role Suraj Rathi in Star Plus' show Diya Aur Baati Hum. Anas became a household name for the same. The actor had a flourishing and quite a promising career in the TV industry but after the show went off the air, Anas too has distanced himself from the TV industry.
