MUMBAI : Priyanka Chahar Choudhary is a popular actress on television and she rose to fame with her performance as Tejo in Udaariyaan.
The actress became a household name and she built a massive fan following, who bestowed a lot of love and support on her. Later, she quit the serial as the show took a leap and the fans missed her on television.
The actress entered the Bigg Boss Season 16 house as one of the participants in the show. Fans were excited to watch her on screen again. She was one of the strongest contestants and she emerged as the second runner up of the show.
Post her participation there has been a lot of speculation about her being a part of Naagin 7 on Colors and also that might make her Bollywood debut soon. Well, while we are yet to have an update on that, we came across a video where Producer of Udariyaann, Sargun Mehta shared how Priyanka was cast for the show.
Sargun mentioned to a portal that Priyanka was casted for the show from Instagram. She mentioned that it was 6:30 am in the morning when she was scrolling through some reels and found a transition reel of Priyanka. She sent her a message and got her reply at 7:30-8:00 am. She immediately informed her team to arrange for an audition and Sargun saw Priyanka’s audition at 3:00 pm for a mere 16 seconds and she declared that she has found her Tejo!
Sargun expressed that Tejo was locked by 9:00 pm on the same day itself!
