MUMBAI : Television's latest show, Udne Ki Asha stars Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Hasora launched on Star Plus. It has already captivated the audience. The show is set in a Marathi backdrop and depicts a wife’s emotional rollercoaster journey and how she transforms her reluctant husband into a responsible person, which at some level affects the family.

It portrays the story of Kanwar Dhillon as Sachin and Neha Hasora as Sayali and the details of the relationships and equations.

Kanwar said, “In real life also such things happen when you think of something and life has other plans for you. Sachin has conditioned his mind that love is not such a beautiful thing and he has seen his father become unlucky in love and hence he does not believe in the institution. Now when he father only brings a daughter-in-law home, he is confused as to what has life thrown at him? When his father calls him home from work and says that he has a wife, Sachin feels that he alone has not got her. People got her home so they should take care of her.

Such people are found in real life as well. It is a different character and it is a different zone where enacting it is extremely enjoyable. “

Neha added, “We are trying to show and portray how two individuals are taking things which have unexpectedly transpired in their stride and move on with life. How they fight, adjust and yet stay together is the beauty which will be portrayed. Sayli and Sachin are poles apart to such an extent that if normally also Sayli is keeping the house clean; Sachin has a problem with it. He likes it messy. I think our fun banters and the chemistry projected between the two is getting a good response from the audience.”
