Uttaran completes 1500 episodes

Time to pop the champagne!!! One of the longest running shows on Colors, Uttaran (Filmfarm Productions) has achieved another milestone. The cult show which has entertained masses over the years completed airing of 1500 successful episodes yesterday (6 November 2014). In today’s time when shows go off air in a jiffy, we salute the team of Uttaran for their hard work and dedication. On the special day we spoke to few of the cast members. Firstly, Mrunal Jain aka Akash said, “I am glad to be the part of the show which has completed the mark of 1500 episodes so brilliantly. It is a huge number and I am proud of the entire team. It’s a proud moment for Rupali ma’am (Producer Rupali Guha) and Colors.” Sreejita De aka Mukta shared, “Today we have achieved another landmark. It’s great to work with such an amazing producer Rupali, Colors and my co-actors. Hope to keep entertaining the masses.” Producer Rupali added, “It’s an honor and God’s grace to achieve this success. Thank you channel Colors for being so kind. I am overwhelmed and would thank my entire cast and crew for their support.” We tried calling Ajay Chaudhary and Tina Dutta but they remained unavailable.
