#ViewersSpeak: Patiala Babes defines 'PROGRESSIVE TELEVISION'!

Patiala Babes

MUMBAI: Sony TV's Patiala Babes has been slowly and steadily making a place in the hearts of the audience.

The story of how a middle-aged Babita realizes her self-worth and overcomes the problems posed by her husband, who found love in someone else, makes the show very relatable. How her daughter Mini makes her realize that her life is much more than a sob story and how Babita decides to give her life a fresh kickstart are aspects that appeal to the audience.

Currently, the show is at a point where Babita has finally decided to get married to Hanuman, and even her in-laws are coming to terms with her decision. Although her sister-in-law continues to taunt her, Babita, Mini, and the rest of the family take things with a pinch of salt.

The story is a progressive one and teaches us that life does not stop because of a bad relationship.

The viewers find the show very entertaining. Ami Vaidya, an ardent fan of the show, averred, 'I love this show. Ashnoor Kaur's acting is extremely good, and she is a very talented girl. The current track is very close to reality, and everyone would want to have a Mini in their life. However, Babita, who initially was shy and had a flair for romance, only comes as someone who is holding on to her past. That may also be because people are taunting her. But when there are so many people to support her, she should be looking at a great future and should be bold and firm about her decision to answer people.'

Abhijeet Jadhav, a student, said, 'I happen to watch the show because of my mother. She regularly tunes into the episodes, and I feel that the show is very progressive. The way Mini supports Babita is a lesson for all women to never give up in life. You never know when you will find your Hanuman. Kudos to the makers. This is a show that is much needed in this time.'
