MUMBAI: SAB TV’s epic drama Tenali Rama (Contiloe) is binge watched by many. Every now and then, we see a couple of actors joining the cast. Once again, a new character being introduced in the show.

According to our sources, TV actor Vijhay Badlaani, who has featured in shows namely Jodha Akbar, Karmaphal Data Shani, and Santoshi Maa, is set to enter Tenali Rama.

According to our sources, the actor will be seen playing the character of a drummer but he would play drums without using his hands. Tenali will then be seen solving the mystery.

When contacted Vijhay, he shared, "From the past two years I have been seen as God Naradji on TV. So it would be interesting for viewers to watch me in a different avatar. I am playing the role of a drummer and I will have power like Tansenji. I will challenge the King and Rama to solve the mystery. The twists and turns will take viewers on a laughter ride. Also, I am excited to work with Manav sir (Gohil) after almost two years. We did Yum Hai Hum together and must say he is gem of a person."
