Vivek Madan planning to quit Parvarrish?

Vivek Madan, who plays the younger brother of Shweta Tiwari and Rupali Ganguly in Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi on Sony Entertainment Television, is not happy with the way his character Lovely Khanna is shaping up. “It is quite disappointing that my talent and potential has been wasted. The emphasis has always remained on the two sisters. This was not how things were supposed to be when I was signed on by DJ’s A Creative Unit (production house of the show) and I had been promised much more. Indian TV industry always operates along similar lines… I guess, very lamentable though,”says Vivek. So have you spoken to the producers about the same? “Yes, I have great regards for producers Tony and Deeya Singh but certain things are beyond their control as well. They may have got track directions from the channel. Deeya has asked me to be patient, promising me something more worthwhile than what I am doing at the moment. I am giving her a couple of months; if things don’t get better I might be forced to take certain steps.” Looking ahead, Vivek who is a well-known TV commercial model (75 add films) and film actor (Haasil and Talaash) says, “I have it in me to become a lead in a TV show. I just hope somebody sees my potential and casts me accordingly.” We hope you get offered better roles in the future, Vivek!!!
