MUMBAI: Here we bring some of the interesting updates for all the avid television show viewers.

Waiting for a good project on the digital platform: Vivian Dsena

Vivian Dsena is a name to reckon with in TV world, but unlike many other small screen biggies, he is one of the very few actors who have yet not forayed in the digital space. Blame it on the kind of work he has been approached with, because Vivian says that he is still waiting for a good project to come along his way.

The actor wants to be a part of all possible mediums but is just waiting for good word and script to come his way. Vivian to a leading newspaper mentioned about him refusing three shows on TV, but the actor knew that he wouldn’t be able to ace the role well even though the shows turned out to be pretty successful.

Vivian is seen pursuing his passion for football as he is still seen practicing, and he along with his team recently won the All Stars match in Singapore and Pune. The actor has been playing the sport for 20 years and practices on Sundays in Bandra along with his team.

This 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actor will make you rub your eyes with his unbelievable transformation

Deblina Chatterjee to replace Kanchi Singh in YRKKH

Star Plus’ popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai happens to be one of the longest running shows on Indian Television. And with a long running show comes its own set of challenges.

The tele series has already seen its sets of ups and downs. Everyone from the original star cast including Hina Khan, Karan Mehra, Rohan Mehra, and Kanchi Singh are no longer part of the show as the actors decided to move on.  Actors Mohsin and Shivangi's love track of 'Kartik' and 'Naira' is what keeps the fans and audience hooked to their TV screens. Even though they face their own set of ups and downs, the fans seem to still love and admire the couple’s chemistry.

One of the prominent characters, Gayatri, who was nicknamed 'Gayu', earlier played by Kanchi Singh, will now be played by Deblina Chatterjee who rose to fame with Star Plus’ Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein by essaying the role of Aaliya.

With the current development of the show, it seems the upcoming track of Mann Bai aka Heli Daruwala will surely keep the audience hooked to their TV screens.

Hemant was last seen in Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and Heli is popular for her stint in Naagin 3.

Abhay Deol and Mithila Palkar in Netflix’s Chopsticks

After series like Sacred Games, Ghoul, and Lust Stories, Netflix, popular for its brewing content on the web space, is all set to come up with another seat gripping show.

Navraj Hans throws a biryani party for &TV’s Love Me India team

Nothing makes a celebration better than a surprise ‘handi’ of delicious biryani! Living up to the sentiment of this statement until now was the ‘bhai’ of B-town, Salman Khan whose generous acts towards his cast and crew members have often been the talk of Bolly town.

Following his footsteps closely with not one but three scrumptious handis of biryani was the popular Punjabi Singer and big foodie Navraj Hans who is currently being seen in &TV’s Love Me India. Navraj, who is the North zone captain, celebrated the victory of &TV’s Love Me India finalists, while also lightening the environment for the ones still in the battle, gave them a delicious grand surprise.

Believing in the very thought that food can almost solve any problem, the singer brought 30 kgs of aromatic veg and non-veg Awadhi biryani for the entire cast and crew of the show. From the captains to the contestants to the spot dadas, each one was a part of this mouth-watering biryani treat on the set just a few hour s before the shoot.

“Being a die-hard foodie, I firmly believe that food is definitely one thing that can lighten one’s day and relieve stress. Biryani is one of my favourites and I am someone who is extremely particular about the taste and quality it offers.  Punjabi hoon after all! I ordered this from one of my favourite Lucknawi eateries. This is just a small gift from my end to all the lovely people of Love Me India who work day and night to present a great show. It’s a little surprise for not just my zonal kids but for the other contestants as well. The pressure to win and the constant need to practice can surely be tiring, so I hoped this surprise cheered them up and relieved them of their routine a bit.” said Navraj.

Well, Navraj’s biryani truly turned out to be a lucky charm for the seven-year old contestant, Harshita Bhattacharjya, who with her soulful and adorable voice is the latest contestant to make her space in the final round of Love Me India.
