We won't spare Rahul easily: Pratyusha's father

Pratyusha Banerjee's untimely demise and mysterious death has led to many speculations.

With various celebrities claiming to be her good friends and seeking justice for her, for the first time ever her parents opened up about the untimely death of the young actress.

For the uninitiated, we reported few hours ago that a F.I.R has been filed at Bangur Nagar police station by her mother, Soma Banerjee. Confirming the same, Partyusha father spoke to the media for the first time after the lady’s prayer meet.

As the media gathered at the event and tried to spoke the heart-broken mom, she could only say, “Humari duniya hi ujar gaya (I have lost everything, our world has been shattered).”

Witnessing her mother breaking down into tears, Pratyusha’s father stepped in to the situation. With a shivering voice the old man requested to media, "Mare huye ko aur mat maro (The one who has already passed away, don’t kill her again).”

“We were waiting for the religious rituals to get over. As we have completed all the rites yesterday (4 April), today (5 April), earlier in the day, we went to the police station to file a case against Rahul. We have already told the police about our daughter’s unhappy relation and her pains.”

Stressed with the unfortunate event, Pratyusha’s father continued, “We have faith in the law and I am sure that we will get justice. We will not spare that man. I want Rahul to be either hanged till death or to serve life imprisonment, so that no other girl met the tragic fate like our daughter.”
