The latest buzz is Bitto and Shorr are not doing well for Sahara One and so they have come under the scanner. The creative team has put in a lot of effort to get in good numbers but seems like everything is going down the drain. If sources are to be believed, “The team of Bitto is being constantly warned to improve over all, also it’s heard that already four directors have been replaced but nothing seems to be working. And rumour also has it that even the budget of these shows have been slashed by 20-30 per cent. We even hear that Pallavi Gupta, the main lead of Bitto, might also be replaced.” We spoke to Tayyab, the creative head of Shorr, who said, “Yes, the TRP’s are low but it’s nothing like that the budget has been cut down.” Mushtaq Sheikh, creative head, Sahara One didn’t revert to our calls or messages while Pallavi said, “I have no idea at all.”
