Talented actress Ratan Rajpoot who enthrals audience as Santoshi in &TV’s Santoshi Maa, recently surprised viewers with her raunchy dance number on Tinku Jiya.
The upcoming mahasangam episode will see Ratan performing a rowdy dance as her character Santoshi has been possessed by the spirit of a dancer.
Talking about the sequence, Ratan shared, “I believe that for such type of dance you don’t need any practice. You just need to let go your shyness. Apart from the director, I was not looking at others.”
She added, “Ayaz (Ahmed), Aditi (Sharma), Vishal (Vahsishtha), Upasana Singh and Sushmita Mukherjee all were present during my dance number but I made myself believe that I am performing in an empty hall.”
When asked did any co-artist made fun of her, she quipped, “I must say nobody made fun of me. Instead they were very supportive. They kept me energetic by giving me glucose. And it did help me a lot.”
