It’s truly a small world. What makes us say this? Read on. TV star Renuka Shahane and Bollywood Diva Madhuri Dixit shared screen space again. For the uninitiated, Renuka has worked with the Dhak Dhak girl two times till date and this was the third time. The first time was in Rajshri Productions’ magnum opus, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun; the second time was in Sony TV’s dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. And the most recent one was for Food Food Maha Muqabla. Though the episode went on air some time back, Renuka seems very excited about her rendezvous with Bollywood actress. Reason: she recently posted her picture with Madhuri on her facebook account. When Tellychakkar.com spoke to Renuka about this she sounded extremely happy. “It was a unique experience to share screen space with Madhuri once again. In Jhalak, I was a contestant while Madhuri was a judge, so we both had to maintain that distance. But for Maha Muqabla, we shared a different equation and gelled really well,” says an extremely happy Renuka. Incidentally, Madhuri and Sanjeev are the mentors in the show and Renuka appeared as a guest judge along with husband Ashutosh Rana and TV Actor Apara Mehta. The show plays on the concept of who is a better cook, boys or girls. While Madhuri mentors the girls’ team, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor guides the boys’ team. “It is good to see Madhuri talking about food,” adds Renuka. Tellychakkar.com is sure the viewers agree!
