MUMBAI: Netflix is rolling out some very interesting series and now, the OTT platform presents a new series titled Ray starring Manoj Bajpayee, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor and Ali Fazal.
The series is from a satire to a psychological thriller, four short stories from filmmaker Satyajit Ray are adapted for the screen. The series promises to be edge and going the trailer creates excitement among the OTT lovers. Well, some people who have already seen the series have loved the drama and looks like there is a sequence in which a dialogue is dedicated to Kapil Sharma and his show.
While a media portal shared the news on the sire, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor tweeted: ‘The one and only’ and Kapil replied to him giving him best wishes!

The series is directed by Srijit Mukherji, Vasan Bala and Abhishek Chaubey. It is produced by Ajit Andhare, Tipping point and Viacom18 Studios. The anthology contains four stories, inspired by the works of renowned filmmaker Satyajit Ray. The series was released on 25 June 2021 on Netflix.
