MUMBAI: Actress Sohani Kumari, known for featuring in TV shows like Yeh Hai Chahatein, and Prithvi Vallabh among others has added a feather to her cap. The actress is now an executive producer in Zee Studios.
She revealed about her upcoming series, Pyaar Testing starring Plabita Borthakur and Satyajeet Dubey. She said, "Pyaar Testing will be a treat to my audience. It's romcom and we completed our shooting in Jaipur. The series is a family watch. It's a wonderful story showcasing a royal family. The story is about a girl who wants to get into living with the guy and his family before she gets married. It has romance, emotions and laughter."
Sohani praises Plabita Borthakur and Satyajeet Dubey. She continued, "They are really great and talented individuals to work with. There are many more new shows which I would disclose in New year."
On working as an executive producer she mentioned, "After acting in TV shows and movies, now I'm delighted to join the esteemed brand as an executive producer. I started on August 16, previously this year. And the new journey seems quite interesting and exciting. With a creative vision and deep industry expertise, I'm happy to be involved in multiple projects, including series and other innovative formats. As an actor and producer, I always wish to aim at reaching a diverse audience."
She shared, "Before taking up the position, I had my own experience in producing independent projects. Those are highly anticipated and helped me further establish myself in the industry. As an Executive Producer have done Paithani, Maeri, Khoj Parchaiyo K Uss Paar and Divorce Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega."
