Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Bhallas begin preparations for Ruhi-Karan's engagement

MUMBAI: The episode begins with Arijit throwing the box of sweets in his car. When he is about to leave, he notices Bhuvan in his backseat. He panics and gets mad at him because if Bhuvan gets caught he can get caught too. Bhuvan assures him that no one would recognise him as he has changed his appearance. He shows him the photo of the priest which he captured out of suspicion. Arijit asks him to keep a watch on him and follow him. Later, Yug comes home with a gift for Ruhi. She gets extremely happy and thanked him. Soon the jeweller arrives and Yug gets nervous seeing him. He tries to leave but Ishita stops him and asks him to see the designs too. The jeweller notices Yug and gets astounded that he belongs to the Bhalla family. Arijit goes to meet Neeti but the nurse asks him not to disturb her as she has slept after long. After he leaves, the nurse nervously administers an injection on Neeti. She gets scared as Arijit comes back. He asks her about the patient Neeti is sharing the room with but she refuses to share any information as it is against the hospital policy. Meanwhile, the jeweller reveals to the family that Yug sold his chain, a bracelet and a ring and bought a head chain. Aliya gets disappointed in him and asks him why didn’t he use the company’s credit card. He tells her that it’s the company’s money and not his own so he cannot use it like that. Ishita and Raman also get furious at him and tell him how he has made them feel like outsiders when they consider him their child. While scolding him Raman calls him the COO of their company. Later, Ishita congratulates him on becoming the COO and tells him that the jeweller is a family friend who informed them when he went to his shop. She had asked him to bring his jewellery back and do this drama. Later, Arijit goes to see who is the patient that the priest is coming to meet. He opens the curtain but sees that there is no one there. Meanwhile, the Bhallas celebrate Janmashtami. The nurse sees Arijit back and asks him to leave as he has been here for too long. He insists on spending some more time with Neeti but she tells him that Neeti is exhausted and needs to rest. He once again asks the nurse about the patient sharing the room. She tells him that she doesn’t know anything about the patient and he can ask the doctor directly if he needs any information. The Bhallas begin preparations for Ruhi and Karan’s engagement.
