MUMBAI : Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the top shows and is getting more interesting with each passing day. The show is set to deliver high-end drama in the upcoming episodes as the narrative takes an intriguing turn. The upcoming episodes of the show are going to be full of drama and twists that will keep you hooked on your screens. The show has now taken a generation leap.

Currently, the show is running its 4th generation. The show started on 12th Jan, 2009 and has become the longest running daily soap on Hindi TV. The first generation leads were Karan Mehra and Hina Khan, the second generation leads were Shivang Joshi and Mohsin Khan, the third generation leads were Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda and the currently the fourth generation leads are Samriddhi Shukla and Rohit Purohit.

Produced by Rajan Shahi, the show has been running well and has received a lot of love while earning a strong fan base but recently there are fans who have been following the show since a long time are not happy with how things have been going.

While the first generation focused more on the leads and their chemistry, things changed in the generations that came later wherein we got introduced to love-triangle. The fans are especially not happy with how the love triangles went in 3rd gen and how love triangle is going currently. Fans are commenting that they are bored of the same love-triangle aspect in the story.

It’ll be interesting to see if things change later in the current generation.
