MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most loved shows on television. The show which airs on Star
Plus is in its fourth generation and there are some leading couples who have had the audience smitten with their charm on-screen.
One of them is Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda, who played the third generation, leads as Akshara and Abhimanyu. While fans have been showering them with praises despite the fact that the fourth generation track in on-air, writer of the show Utkarsh Naithani has taken to his social media handle to express the mindset behind penning the characters of Akshara and Abhimanyu. He stated that when he started writing Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, he did not know that he would be successful in taking the story through but in his mind, Akshara always had a bigger arc than Abhimanyu. He also mentioned that unfortunately, he never got to reach the part where Akshara’s character blossoms. Utkarsh explained that if he would have got a chance to take the story ahead how it would shape up to be.
