MUMBAI: The episode sees how everyone gets shocked listening to Meenakshi as she says that she’s here to fix Abir and Mishti’s engagement date. Meanwhile, Kunal and Mehul catch Nidhi and Jugnu and ask them what were they doing at Mehul’s door. During conversation, Nidhi accidentally reveals that Meenakshi is at the Maheshwari Residence to fix Abir-Mishti’s alliance. Rajshri and Vishambhar praise Abir and tell Meenakshi that they’re appreciating the values she instilled in him. Abir says that Parul also has contributed to it. Parul acts modest and says that she only stole Ladoos to feed him when he was a child. They all have a lighthearted conversation about the time Abir was a chubby little kid because of his love for ladoos.

Meenakshi asks Abir when does he want to get engaged. They tease Abir as he would get engaged right now if he wishes. Varsha says that he might want Kunal to be by his side and Abir agrees. Jasmeet gets ladoos to celebrate the moment. As Kuhu feeds Abir and Mishti the ladoos, Kunal arrives there. He says that good that the Maheshwari’s remembered him because Meenakshi just forgot about him and left him at home. Meenakshi explains to him that they suddenly planned to come here as it’s an auspicious day today. Kunal tells them that Meenakshi forgot the papers she had prepared at home. Kuhu gets worried and thinks Kunal is going to reveal about the divorce in front of everyone. Meanwhile, Nidhi requests Mehul to not tell Meenakshi about what she said. Mehul thinks to himself how well he manipulated Kunal to work in his favour. 

Abir reads the legal papers and sees that it’s a prenuptial agreement for Mishti to sign so that she doesn’t get any share in their property or business. Everyone gets stunned as they listen to this. Abir blames Meenakshi for Kunal’s this move as everyone has seen her mentality before. He also exposes her for the time she tried to separate Mishti from her family. Kunal and Meenakshi leave while Yashpal and Abir wait back. Yashpal feels weak hearted and they take care of him. Vishambhar tells Yashpal that Mishti’s intentions are being doubted even before marriage so it’s difficult to imagine how would she ever get the respect she deserves after marriage. He asks Yashpal for some time to thinks about this alliance as he doesn’t want his daughter to get hurt. Yashpal understands their situation. Meanwhile, Meenakshi fights with Kunal because he ruined what she was trying to do. She explains him that she wanted to keep Mishti close so that Abir never leaves the family as Mehul is plotting against her. Kunal forces Meenakshi to swear on him that Mishti will never be a part of their family.
