MUMBAI: Here we are back with an exclusive update from the world of television!

Early in the day, we broke the news that Ishqbaaaz and Divya Drishti fame Karan Khanna has been locked to play the male lead in Shoonya Square’s new show on Star Bharat

Now, as per the latest development, we hear that actress Gauri Agarwal, who has been part of shows like Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, Dil Se Dil Tak and Nazar, is most likely playing the female protagonist in the show. If things get finalized she will be paired opposite Karan in the show.

Producer Ved Raj currently bankrolls Guddan: Tumse Naa Hopayega and Apna Time Bhi Aayega on Zee TV under his banner Shoonya Square Productions.

We could not get through Gauri and producer Ved for a comment.
