Zee Kya kehta hain?

Zee TV is finally gearing up to take on the 11 pm band with the launch of Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai - Khel Lakeeron Ka. Produced by Shreya Creations, this daily soap which is a tale of three girls, takes off from July 16th. " Har Ghar…is a story of three prominent characters that have different dreams, ambitions in life. The differentiating factor is that we have bold and rebellious characters, which one doesn't see in Zee's other serials. Also, with this soap, we are trying to cater to the metro audiences' said Sheel Kumar, from Shreya Creations.. As far as the casting for the show goes, they have roped in news comers like Amrita Shroff, Rati Pandey and Sharad, The story unravels through the lives of Prarthana (Rati Pandey), Siddhi (Anchal) and Sanskriti (Amrita Prakash).until one day, the trio realise that destiny is to take them elsewhere. Veteran actor Alok Nath plays the character of Baldev Kapoor, the head of the Kapoor family. Other cast comprises of Akshay Thakral, Sachin Shroff and Sharad. Prarthana, an orphan by birth, is raised in the Kapoor household. She's a very simple and traditional girl, one who aspires to be a bride in a joint family only. Anchal who's currently seen in Saathi Re, says "I play the character of Siddhi - a London returned damsel. She's this very vibrant, independent gal who wants to marry the man she loves. I'm also Prarthana's cousin sister. I fall in love with a typical Punjabi guy but am shocked when I realise that I'll have to live in a family of 25 people." The third female protagonist, Amrita Prakash, who plays Sanskriti is actually quite unlike the name of her character. "Being a model, Sansrkriti is a very bold, blunt and stubborn girl. She is a rebel and simply just doesn't believe in the institute of marriage. Actually, as a person, I'm pretty stubborn. So, I reckon that I'm getting to be myself on screen," quips Amrita. Sharad, a greenhorn, plays the character of Ronak, the eldest son of Baldev Kapoor. When asked what prompted him to join Har Ghar.., he replied, "The concept really appealed to me. Since there are varied characters and they all have different thought. I'm sure the show will rock." Vaishali Nazreth, who plays Sharad's wife, had this to say "I'm an ideal, sati-savitri bahu. My family and in particularly my father-in-law, Alok Nath, has full faith in me. So, whenever a problem arises, everyone looks up to me." It seems that star cast has plenty to say about their Ghar.
