His original name is Govind Arun Ahuja and was born on 21st December 1963 and is also a politician,entertainer,dancer and popular Indian actor. He made his debut into Bollywood with the film Ilzaam (1986)which wasa box office success and was appreciated for his dancing skills too. He is most popularl known for hus roles in films like Taaqatwar (1989), Swarg (1990), Shola Aur Shabnam (1992), Aankhen (1993), Raja Babu (1994), Coolie No. 1 (1995), Saajan Chale Sasural (1996), Banarasi Babu (1997), Deewana Mastana (1997), Hero No. 1 (1997), Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (1998), and Haseena Maan Jaayegi (1999), Kunwara (2000), Jodi No.1 (2001), Ek Aur Ek Gyarah (2003), Partner (2007) and Do Knot Disturb (2009). he made hit films with his very good friend and director David Dhawan which includes all his films from the no1 series. Ltter in the 2000's also he gave a series of hits and was appreciated for his comedy timings in films like Kunwara, Jodi No.1, Kyo Kii... Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta and Akhiyon Se Goli Maare.He also delivered a number of flops like Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karen (2005), Ssukh (2005) and Sandwich wich were complete failures. He made his comeback into Bollywood with Priyadarshan's Bhagam Bhag in 2006, the multi starrer Salaam-e-ishq,Partner,etc. He is also working on projects like Run Bhola Run,Naughty@40, Loot,Delhi Safari,Deewana main Deewana.
