MUMBAI: Disney+Hotstar is back with yet an amazing series, titled 1962 The War in The Hills, the series which deals with the 1962 war between India and China and also the soldiers and their life beyond the battlefield, this series stars some amazing talents like, Abhay Deol, Mahie Gill, Sumeet Vyas, and others, and is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speaks with one of the leading men of the show, Sumeet Vyas who will see laying a role of a soldier in this period war series, the actor revealed that this series and this character is special to him in many ways, the actor added that he will be seen playing the role of soldier Ram Kumar Yadav, who is very impulsive, and very aggressive, Ram Kumar does not even think twice before getting into a fight and he is a very angry man, adding further the actor said this is what excited the actor to play the role o something completely different from who he is in real life, the actor said he enjoyed the shooting process it was shot before the pandemic and was great working with such an amazing team.

Talking about the USP of the show, the actor says that the storytelling and the direction by Mahesh Manjrekar are the USP of the show, how the story is told and how many small stories are told under the big ones, the fans will surely love it.
Well indeed the fans were eagerly waiting for the series ever since the trailer was out, and the show is already getting love from the fans as it premiered today.
