MUMBAI: Movie Ae Watan Mere Watan that has Sara Ali Khan in the leading role has been grabbing the attention of the fans ever since the trailer was out. The movie that also has names like Benedict Garrett, Alexx O'Nell, Sparsh Srivastav, Anand Tiwari, Abhay Verma, Richard Bhakti Klein, Godaan Kumar, Ashton Bessette, Priyanam Das, Ed Robinson, Manya Singh, Ankur Yadav, and Garrvil Mohan is directed by Kannan Iyer.
That trailer has definitely set the right tone for the movie and the fans were eagerly looking forward to seeing the unheard chapter of the Quit India movement with the help of Radio. We all were excited to see the never seen before side of the actress Sara Ali Khan.

For any patriotic movie or a movie based on history, the narration is very much important and it plays a pivotal role. Unfortunately talking about the movie Ae Watan Mere Watan the narration was very weak and at many places the narration was lacking which was required.

Strong performance
No doubt actress Sara Ali Khan is one of the most loved actresses. We have seen the actress in different types of characters and loved her performances. This role definitely requires strong character representation, which was unfortunately not at all matching with the actress Sara Ali Khan.
Strong BGM
For a historic movie, the BGM is very important which definitely enhances your mood and your movie viewing experience. Unfortunately the BGM and the overall music of the movie does not surprise you and fails to elevate your movie viewing experience which is a very big loophole.
Patriotic feel
For any movie made on a History subject dealing with the fight for freedom there should give you a patriotic feel and there should be dialogues and scenes which give you Goosebumps, but unfortunately this was missing from the movie. The movie does not serve you with the feeling of Patriotism.
