MUMBAI: Rinku Dhawan is a well-known actress of the television industry and she has been around for more than three decades. She rose to fame with her character of Chaya from the serial Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and since then she has been part of many successful shows on television.
The actress was last seen in the show Titli where she essayed the character of Koel Mehta. Recently, she made headlines for her participation in the reality show Bigg Boss Season 17 where she survived for almost two months and then got evicted.

She was very thick with co-contestant and journalist, Jigna Vora.
She is known for calling spade a spade. The lady speaks her mind and is very opinionated.
For the uninitiated, Jigna was falsely accused of having a connection in the murder of journalist Jyotirmoy Dey and was booked under MCOCA.
In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Rinku shared her thoughts on Jigna. She stated, “It’s life and we are humans. Facing ups and downs in life is something we all go through and it is only when we shatter that we realise the importance of what good is coming to us. Jigna has had her share of struggles.”

When asked about herself, Rinku added, “I think it happens with everyone where you are a part of a big group of friends and gradually it narrows down to a few of them. I have had my share of struggles where I was broken but I would call myself fortunate that I had everyone with me. My family and my extended family, my friends, they all stood by me like a rock.”
