Popular film actor Bobby Vats who has played some memorable roles in his long career span like Aa Dekhen Zara, Kismet Love Paisa Dilli, and Bluffmaster has been roped in to play an important role in Anirudh Pathak's Adi Shankaracharya. It would be interesting to see how he pulls off this pivotal role in the period drama.
The show will be helmed by acclaimed writer Anirudh Pathak who has penned scripts for popular TV shows like Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Siya Ke Ram, and Mahakumbh.
He added another feather to his cap by turning producer. He has produced popular and big-budget shows such as Prithvi Vallabh on Sony TV, Chandrashekhar on Star Bharat, and Dastaan-E- Mohabbat Salim Anarkali on Colors under his banner Writer's Galaxy Studios. Anirudh is bringing a series on the life of Adi Shankaracharya who was an Indian philosopher and theologian who consolidated the doctrine of Advaita Vedanta.
