MUMBAI: One of the most loved shows on Disney + Hotstar, Criminal Justice premiered last year. It starred Vikrant Massey, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupriya Goenaka, Jackie Shroff, and others. The series was loved for its superb storytelling and thrilling premise. Now, the makers are back with season 2 of the show, which has double the excitement and thrill.
Today, the makers launched the trailer of season 2, which is titled Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors, is a story where the answer lies beyond the truth. It stars Pankaj Tripathi, Kirti Kulhari, Anupriya Goenka, Jisshu Sengupta, and Shilpa Shukla.

The makers held a virtual press conference, where the cast of the show were present. On what we can expect from the new season, they said that this time, the case we all are dealing with is complex to another level, and we can expect more twists and turns. Throwing some light on his much loved character of Madhav Mishra, Pankaj Tripathi revealed that he is very happy to be back as Madhav Mishra after a gap, and this time, Madhav is dealing a seemingly open and shut case, but things get more and more complex as there are a lot of secrets. He is dealing a case of a wife who stabs her husband and accepts all her sins, but there is much more to it.

Kirti Kulhari, who will be seen as Anuradha Chandra, said that this character is happily married and has a daughter, but later, she stabs her husband. Why she does it will be interesting to watch in this series.
