He is currently getting a good response for his movie Kaun Pravin Tambe, which has Shreyas Talpade in the leading role.

In an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, Ankur Dabas spoke in detail about the response he is getting for the movie and how important and relevant the movie is in today's times.

Ankur Dabas on the response he is getting for the movie 

Ankur Dabas says he has been getting a good response from the audience. When the actor read the script for the very first time, he got emotionally attached to the role. As we all know, his character of Ajay Kadam is based on a real person. He did not expect the amount of love he is getting for this character. Ankur adds that he is getting some amazing messages on social media that his acting was organic and natural.

Ankur Dabas on the shooting experience

Ankur Dabas says that the project began in 2018. The team started the research work and met the family and friends of Pravin Tambe. After the pandemic the makers started shooting from 31st October 2021. Ankur Dabas says that it was a great experience as he got to meet Ajay Kadam and learn some things from him. Ankur also says that Shreyas Talpade is no doubt one of the most hard-working actors in the industry. He is very passionate about his work. It was a great learning experience working with him along with talented actors like Ashish Vidyarthi.

Ankur Dabas on how important the movie is in today's times

Ankur Dabas says that movies like Kaun Pravin Tambe are very important in today's times to inspire many people. It is the unheard journey of a cricketer that can inspire millions of youngsters. Ankur also says that biopics should be made in Bollywood as they will directly or indirectly motivate the youth towards their passion.
