MUMBAI: Actor Karan Tacker, who is currently gearing up for his upcoming release Bhay: The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery, took a moment today to look back at a show that changed a lot for him Khakee: The Bihar Chapter. As the series completes 3 years, Karan shared a heartfelt message on Instagram.
“Three years on and this show still feels like the journey that shaped my voice as an actor. Grateful for every bit of love and support you’ve given me along the way.”
In Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, Karan played IPS Amit Lodha, a determined police officer. His character was inspired by the real-life IPS officer Amit Lodha, known for his relentless fight against crime in Bihar. Karan’s strong, grounded performance won huge love from audiences and established him as a commanding force on OTT.
Already a popular name, Khakee further proved that Karan is here to stay the show was widely praised and continues to be celebrated even today.
Expressing his gratitude towards director producer Neeraj Pandey, Karan said: “Neeraj sir has always seen characters in me that even I never imagined playing. I’ll always be thankful that he trusted me with Khakee. This one stays forever.”
