MUMBAI: Koffee with Karan is a Bollywood chat show. The biggies of the Industry grace it and interact with the host Karan Johar.

The show has had six successful seasons, and now it is back with the eighth season.

The first episode the audience did see how Ranveer and Deepika opened about their marriage and relationship and the episode was a huge success.

In the second episode we did have Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol gracing the show where they spoke about their careers and how the movies are treating them. 

On the show, Karan asked Sunny about the clash of Gadar and OMG 2 and did he ever request Akshay Kumar to push the movie ahead. 

To which Sunny said that "Yes I had called him and requested him to push the film ahead as I wanted a solo release so that I could have all screens to me, but he told me it wouldn't be possible as the studio wouldn't agree and all so I left it out there as nothing more I could say or could be done" 

There is no doubt that though both the movies clashed at box office both did exceptionally well, it's just that Gadar was a mega blockbuster at the Box office it almost made around 570 chores whereas OMG 2 made a collection of Rs. 200 chores.

Gadar was one of the most loved movies of this year and it became a huge success as a surprise. 

Sunny also mentioned in the show that the kind of love and success he had received for Gadar is unbelievable and there were days he cried as this struggle was of twenty years.

Well, there is no doubt that Sunny Deol has had a great year at the Box office and he is raring to go in this new phase of his career. 

Over the years many movies have clashed and both have done well at the Box office and once again it's been proved that both the movies did well at the Box office.
