MUMBAI: Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp has been grabbing headlines lately. The show is getting interesting with each passing day, and the contestants are doing a fabulous job in creating the content that the audience wants. Lock Upp is full of controversies and ugly fights between contestants. And the host of the show Kangana Ranaut’s honest opinion is the icing on the cake.

In the latest episode, Mandana Karimi was sitting with Payal Rohatgi and shared with her how once she landed up in jail. She shared that she once went back to Iran for one of her friend's weddings, but she missed it. So, she along with a group of friends decided to go on a trip to Shomal. During her stay at the villa, she decided to ride a bike but with an accident and badly injured her knee.

Her friends rushed her to the hospital and while she was getting operated on, her friends, who were waiting outside were having fun with wheelchairs in the corridor. They had gone all out and were having fun. Her friend's didn't realise that someone was keeping an eye on them and was watching them do all this. There were cops, who felt they were under some kind of intoxication and they arrested them. She shared that there was a female cop who was fully covered who arrested them. There was also a male police officer, who arrested them and he was one of the people who went to the war. She said, "For him he wanted to prove a point. So they actually made me watch my friends getting lashes. All my friends got 85 lashes." When Payal asked her if she was spared, Mandana said, "Because I had an injury and was operated on. I didn't get it, but they told me that because of your situation we are not giving you. You will have to watch your friends getting lashes. That was my jail experience."
