Pehla Pyaar: James Ghadge says, ‘Want to play roles which are challenging and elemental’ - EXCLUSIVE

MUMBAI: James Ghadge has appeared in various television shows. With parts in series like Razia Sultan and Siya Ke Ram, he has made an impression on the viewers.

He has also been seen in quite a number of shows in the likes of Razia Sultan, Porus, Punyashlok Ahilyabai, Ishq Mein Marjawan, Imlie and also in the movie OMG 2 starring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi in the leading roles. James is currently seen in Pehla Pyaar - Less Than 1% Chance.

The series is based on rain-soaked meet-cutes, heart-stopping moments, and the enchantment of first love in school are all promised on this enchanted voyage. The series premiered on August 5, 2024.

The SonyLIV project also features Arista Mehta and Krish Rao in the titular roles.

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, James shared his experience shooting for the show.

He shared, “The series is about school life of children, their firsts in life like love stories, first experience at friendships etc. I have never been a part of this kind of a project before and it was one of a kind. The writing of the narrative was crisp and pure. It also took me back to my school life and the best memory I have is having fights and then patching up with friends.”

When asked about his co-stars, James averred, “I have worked with Krish for the first time and as I have worked with Arista in Ishq Mein Marjawan earlier. It was more like working with friends. As for my future projects, I want to play characters which are connected to their roots.
