MUMBAI: As we celebrate Children’s Day on November 14 a day dedicated to cherishing innocence, joy, and the quirks that define our growing years actor Vedant Sinha, who will be seen in The Family Man Season 3 as Manoj Bajpayee’s son Atharv, as well as in Criminal Justice Season 3 and Rajma Chawal, takes a heartfelt trip down memory lane.
Reminiscing about the habits that still define him, Vedant shares, “There are many habits that are still in me. First, I always pray to God before starting any task. Whenever I used to perform dance on stage as a child, I would close my eyes and pray first and that ritual has stayed with me even today. It gives me strength and focus before anything important.”
Talking about his quirky side, he adds with a smile, “I still look up every single time an airplane passes by. I don’t know why, but it makes me happy and takes me back to my school days. And yes, I still eat only the choco-chip side of Hide & Seek biscuits that’s one habit I’ll never give up!”
Reflecting on his journey from a child performer to a recognized face on screen, Vedant says, “I think no matter how old we grow or how busy life becomes, the child within us should never fade away. Those little things, those innocent moments they keep you real and remind you where you started.”
This Children’s Day, Vedant’s words strike a beautiful chord a reminder that the best part of growing up is holding on to the child within you.
