MUMBAI: Masaba Masaba Season 2: Masaba Gupta Announces A Wrap; Calls It 42 Days Of Laughs, Tears, Anxieties, And Pure Happiness

On Thursday, Masaba Gupta announced the wrap of her must-awaited series Masaba Masaba Season 2. The fashion-designer turned actress took to her Instagram and made it official. Feeling super emotional about the wrap Masaba wrote, “42 days. Lots of laughs, tears, anxieties, pure happiness, deep tiredness later it’s a wrap on season 2. Three cheers to the incredible cast, crew ( Dr.K ) & everyone who was a part of this! See you on your. ”

The series is based on real-life moments from Masaba Gupta’s life featuring her family, her love life, and her career as a fashion designer. Masaba and her mother, Neena Gupta, play fictionalized versions of themselves. In March this year, Neena took to her official social media handle and announced its season 2. “We are back to share a little slice of our crazy but fun lives with you. Masaba Masaba Season 2 is streaming soon on @netflix_in,” Neena Gupta had written on Instagram.

The show has had a tremendous fan following since its release. Fans have been eagerly waiting for season 2 since it was announced. The biographical drama series is written and directed by Sonam Nair and is produced by Ashvini Yardi's Viniyard Films. The series will release on Netflix.
