MUMBAI: Hairstyles play one of the most important factors influencing the ensemble appeal of an individual by enhancing their visual attraction. Both girls and guys are equally alert and worried about their public appeal, especially when it comes to their attires, hairstyles and shoes. 

Talking about hairstyles, we have been influenced and intensively impacted by the progressive looks of our role models from the glamour industries as commoners always like to imitate the various uniquely attractive looks that are flaunted by their favourite celebrities.

Not only girls as recently, but even guys have also impressed the viewers by flaunting innumerable hairstyles by endorsing both short and long hair, each being unique it's own way.

For girls, endorsing and flaunting various hairstyles had been their main game since their birth. From ponytails to braids to keeping short hair, girls are always versatile when it comes to sporting different hairstyles, however, most girls prefer keeping long hair to continue experimenting with innumerable styles.

However, in a country like India, the citizens are mostly exposed to tropical weather conditions under scorching heat and high to extremely high humidity.

Hence, it becomes really tough and challenging for the girls and women to manage and maintain the quality of their long hair for it's tendency of roughening, dampening by sweat, weakening and falling-off (owing to dandruff development) and other problems of related sorts. In this condition, while some chop-off their long tresses, others, who love their long hair way too much, resort to alternatives for it's rescual.

Therefore, the popularity of alternate hairstyles like braids and buns have gained massive popularity both in this country and throughout the world. Talking about hair buns, it's usually very simple to twist up the hair into a ball, but at the domestic level, this look is usually not appealing.

Hence, to look attractive, women and girls like to look-up to their favourite telly and Bollywood actresses for some motivation and thankfully, they are also seen endorsing different patterns of stylish buns, which are both simplistic and elaborate, as per the purpose.

So today, we are going to take notes of telly divas like Hina Khan, Karishma Tanna, Drashti Dhami, Rubina Dilaik, Jennifer Winget and lastly, Shivangi Joshi, who are seen flaunting different and unique styles and patterns of the classic hair-bun.

1. Hina Khan

To give a more dramatic look to your regular party flower-bun, the scalp hair can be french-braided first before converting the loose end into a bun, just like Drashti's hairstyle herein.

Buns always complement traditional getups. But like Rubina, after centrally parting your hair in two halves, each segment can further be divided into two more halves and these 4 segments can be tucked into the bun individually in accordance with their corresponding segment's styling and the direction of hair curving, to give the 'break-appeal'.

Shivangi's hairstyle is the most simplistic one that uplifts one's style-factor when endorsed. A high hair bun (a little lower than the top bun) can be a little loosely tied-up, by leaving out the front fringes and the side-locks, which gives the messy look. Also, this bun can be done on uncombed hair as an impromptu style.
