MUMBAI: tvN's romantic comedy Queen of Tears has been faring quite well according to reports.
Queen of Tears tells the amazing, exciting, and hilarious love tale of a married couple. It was penned by Park Ji Eun, the celebrated writer behind Crash Landing on You, My Love From the Star, and Producer. They face a dilemma, yet they overcome all obstacles to live and remain together. Queen of Tears remained at the top of weekly ranking of TV dramas that created the most talk for the fifth week running. Notably, Queen of Tears topped the list of buzzworthy dramas once more, and its stars led the list of buzzworthy drama cast members as well. This week's actor list saw the Queen of Tears cast take all four top slots, and they also held six out of the top ten spots, an astounding feat.
The drama narrates the tale of how the queen of department stores and the prince of supermarkets weather a marital crisis, until love miraculously begins to bloom again.
Speaking about ratings, at number one, Kim Ji Won took the lead, followed by Kim Soo Hyun at number two, Park Sung Hoon at number three, Kwak Dong Yeon at number four, Kim Jung Nan at number nine, and Lee Joo Bin at number ten. This week, MBC's Wonderful World held its top spot on the drama list at No. 2, with stars Cha Eun Woo and Kim Nam Joo of ASTRO placing fifth and sixth, respectively, on the actor list.
