Stray Kids is coming up with an album titled ‘ATE’ and the group recently dropped a trailer on Youtube which left the fans amazed by the presentation of it. Finally the band has dropped the tracklist.

MUMBAI: Stray Kids also called as SKZ, is a K-pop boy band formed by JYP Entertainment. The band consists of 8 members - Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. Here’s something interesting that you need to know about the group. Out of the 8 members, Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han form up a group called 3Racha. This group of 3 is the one handling the production side while the rest of the members participate in the writing process of multiple songs from their albums.

The story of Stray Kids entering the K-pop scene goes back to 2018 when the boy band had released their pre-debut extended play (EP) Mixtape in January. However, they officially debuted in March with the EP ‘I Am Not’, followed by other two ‘I Am’ series EPs, ‘I Am Who’ and ‘I Am You’.

Their Clé trilogy EPs were issued in 2019, consisting of Clé 1: Miroh, Clé 2: Yellow Wood, and Clé: Levanter.

When it comes to the group’s first studio album, in 2020, they released their album ‘Go Live’ which became their first platinum-certified album by Korea Music Content Association (KMCA). Interestingly, that same year, the boy band even made their Japanese debut with the compilation album SKZ2020 through Epic Records Japan.

While this was just a brief history of how the group came to be and how it emerged in the K-pop scene, it is hard to believe the popularity it has gained over the years. The band has garnered quite a fan base for themselves.

The group's name "Stray Kids" was not defined by JYP Entertainment but conceptualized by the members themselves. It originally referred to a lost child who wants to chase their dreams and later evolved to represent the idea of finding a way together out of the ordinary.
