MUMBAI: As we are hearing the covid cases are rising by every passing day, and the impact can be seen in every sector and so also in Bollywood too, we are hearing many names from the B Town getting tested for the covid, recently names like Bhumi Pednekar, Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, and more celebs contracted the virus and are now under quarantine, indeed it is a scary situation for all, many celebs are quarantining at their homes, but many have even been admitted to the hospital. From the first surge to the second, many celebs have been admitted to the hospital for better care and safety; here is a list:
Akshay Kumar
Ram Setu actor, Akshay Kumar recently tested positive on April 4 and took to his social media pages and shared the same. The actor wrote, "I wish to inform everyone that, earlier this morning, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all the protocols, I have immediately isolated myself. I'm under home quarantine and have sought necessary medical care. I would sincerely request all those that have come in contact with me to get themselves tested and take care. Back in action very soon!"
In his latest post, he informed fans that as a precautionary measure he has gotten himself admitted to the hospital. "I am doing fine but as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home soon, take care.", read a part of his note on Twitter.

Amitabh Bachchan
Last year, veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan had announced on July 11 that he had tested positive for the virus and has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. The actor, soon after recovering, began shoot for KBC 12.
Abhishek Bachchan
Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan also tested positive, soon after dad Amitabh Bachchan. He was hospitalised too. While Amitabh Bachchan later tested negative and was allowed to go home, Abhishek was still at the hospital, awaiting a negative result. Soon, he too emerged a warrior.
Aishwarya Bachchan
Aishwarya and Aaradhya had tested positive for coronavirus on July 12. They were tested after Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek’s COVID-19 test results turned out to be positive.
Bappi Lahiri
Singer and composer Bappi Lahiri has tested positive for the virus. The musician has been admitted to Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai and is being kept under observation.
Aditya Narayan
Singer Aditya Narayan tested positive for coronavirus. "Aditya got himself admitted; it may have been to quarantine himself. He is better now," Udit told ETimes, adding that Shweta didn't need to be hospitalised.
Daljiet Kaur
Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon actress Daljiet Kaur was hospitalised in the Lilavati hospital after she contracted COVID-19.
"Yes, I have not escaped COVID too. Went through it .. quarantined immediately and had to be admitted in Lilavati hospital. Was there for five days. While my sister flew down from delhi to take care of my son (who was negative n fit touch wood), I was being treated by the COVID WARRIORS.", read a part of her Instagram post.
Tammanah Bhatia
South actress Tammanah Bhatia had also tested positive for COVID-19. She was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad and shared a picture with the medical staff at the Continental Hospital expressing gratitude, post-recovery.
