MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar visited Farah Khan at her home to convey his sorrow after her mother Menaka Irani passed away recently. Akshay was greeted by Farah's brother Sajid Khan on this emotional occasion with whom he maintains a close bond.
In a video posted by Manav Manglani, Akshay Kumar appeared in a salt and pepper avatar while wearing a plain but classy white shirt with a little unbuttoned collar and relaxed blue jeans. Sajid had on baggy shorts and a black T-shirt. The two guys gave each other a deep hug, connected by years of friendship and work together. Together, they have collaborated on several successful projects, such as Heyy Babyy, Housefull, and Housefull 2.
Several friends and family members came together to help those grieving at Farah Khan's apartment last week. Shah Rukh Khan, a close confidant of Farah's, was one of them.
Shah Rukh was shown comforting Farah in a string of heartfelt and extensively circulated photos with his family members Gauri and Suhana Khan. A particularly moving moment was when Shah Rukh planted a kiss on Farah's head.
Shah Rukh Khan has been friends with Farah for a long time, made sure he was there throughout this difficult period. Once they had spent a good amount of time together, Shah Rukh was seen walking Farah out of her house. His steadfast support continued until Avinash Gowariker, the star photographer, drove her away.
In addition to MC Stan, Bhushan Kumar, Shilpa Shetty, Rani Mukerji, and others, several prominent celebrities had also paid their final respects at Farah Khan's home.
