MUMBAI: Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan’s pair was loved by the audience even before they were cast in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2. It all started on Koffee With Karan, where Sara admitted to having a crush on Kartik. Well, the two eventually bagged Imtiaz’s love saga, and it was then that the rumours of them dating were doing the rounds. Right from making a streak of joint appearances to all their adorable social media PDA, they were everywhere.

However, in no time, their breakup news, too, spread like wildfire. But Kartik and Sara maintained a cordial relationship throughout the promotions. Love Aaj Kal 2, however, turned out to be a flop at the box-office. Well, the latest development is that the actors have now unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Further, if reports are anything to go by, the duo has also edited their captions for each other.
On the professional front, Kartik has films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Dostana 2. Sara Ali Khan will feature in Coolie No.1 and Atrangi Re.
