MUMBAI: There has been a big development in the SSR case connecting to the drug cartel trial, as the Sessions Court has denied bail to Rhea, Showik, and the four accused in the case.
As per Times Now, the court, on the basis of evidence by the NCB, rejected the bail plea of Rhea, her brother, and the four other accused. Showik and Rhea had confessed during the NCB interrogation that they did procure and consume drugs.
But during the bail plea, the actress said that she was forced to confess in her statement and the NCB is falsely implicating her in the case.

Team Rhea has decided to apply in High Court on Monday and challenge the bail plea.
Well, it will be interesting to see how the investigating moves on from here.
