Blockbuster movies SRK rejected in his career

Here are a few movies that King Khan rejected in his Bollywood career.

MUMBAI : The king of romance Shah Rukh Khan has given us movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, K3G, Veer Zaara, Chak De India, and many more. The actor has made us fall in love with him and has delivered amazing performances over the years. He is also known for his negative roles in Darr, Baazigar, Anjaam, Don, and others.

He was last seen in Anand L. Rai’s Zero, which didn't work at the box office. However, his performance was appreciated.

He has featured in a lot of hit films in 27 years, but like any other actor, SRK too rejected a few movies that turned out to be blockbusters.

After Swades, Gowariker wanted to work with SRK once again, so he offered him Jodha Akbar, but the actor rejected the role because it is said that he was not comfortable with the shooting locations and wanted to spend time with his family. Rajnikanth starrer Robot, directed by Shankar, was initially given to SRK, but the actor had a fallout with the director with regard to the script and he walked away from this project. Another reason the two clashed was because Shankar wanted to do the film's computer graphics through Hollywood's Stan Winston Studios, but SRK wanted Red Chillies VFX to do it.
